Wedding Packages

The following rates are for standard weddings. Ceremonies exceeding one hour in length may be subject to additional charges.

Golden Ceremony

  • 15-30 minutes of Prelude Music
  • Includes Ceremony Music if it is desired
  • Recessional and a short postlude if desired.
  • Price: $450

Icing on the Cake

  • One hour of background music during wedding reception
  • Price: $400

Double Frosted

  • Two hours of background music during wedding reception
  • Price: $700

Diamond Event

  • Golden Ceremony PLUS Icing on the Cake
  • Price: $700

Platinum Event

  • Golden Ceremony PLUS Double Frosted
  • Price: $900

Parties, Dinner Parties, Background Music, or longer Wedding Receptions

  • $400 for the first hour
  • $300 for each additional hour or any part of an additional hour.
Mileage

Mileage is charged if the venue is outside a 25 mile radius from our address (Chattanooga). Miles are billed at the standard IRS rate of 48.5 cents for each mile driven.

Travel Fee

A travel fee may apply for trips that take us outside that 25 mile radius (see above) since our time is also valuable and must be compensated in addition to mileage.

 

Special Music Requests (Custom Arrangements)

 
  Average Request: $15 per song
  (sheet music is readily available)
 
Complicated Request: $20 per hour including arranging and rehearsing time
 (from audio recording and/or very detailed specifications)

Requests for custom arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require a separate contract and deposit.
